Call volume and hours
After-hours only, overflow, or every call. Volume sets the running cost; hours set how much of the flow has to work unattended.
COEUS is a services company. We do not sell a voice plan, because no two deployments answer the same calls, reach the same systems, or escalate the same way. You get one number, fixed, in writing, before anything starts.

Answering is easy. Writing the outcome back into your CRM, PMS or ticketing system is the work, and it depends on what those systems expose.
03
Every call that should reach a human needs a rule and a destination. This is usually where the real design time goes.
04
Additional languages, recording consent and retention rules all change the build, and vary by where your callers are.
01
45 minutes
We map one call flow end to end and name the number it has to move — answer rate, qualified bookings, or after-hours coverage.
02
~9 days
An agent answering your real number on a narrow, well-chosen flow. Not a demo line — production traffic, measured from day one.

If the number moved, we widen the flow. If it did not, we say so and stop. You are not holding a subscription either way.
A 45-minute call is enough to scope one flow and put a number on it. If a voice agent is the wrong answer for you, we will say that instead.
