How we work

Prove it. Scale it. Run it.

Every engagement names the number it has to move before it starts. Fixed scope, agreed in writing first.

Readiness Assessment

Where AI pays, where it will not

Two engineers sit inside your delivery system for two weeks. We instrument the loop, interview the people who feel the handoffs, and score every stage. The output is a ranked map, not a maturity model.

You leave with

  • A measured baseline for lead time, release cadence and rework
  • The three constraints in priority order, with evidence
  • A list of AI initiatives to stop, with the reason
  • The candidate for step 02, already costed

Low-Hanging Fruit

Ship the cheap wins first

We take the top of the ranked map and ship it. These are deliberately unglamorous changes: the ones that pay back inside a month and buy the credibility a pilot needs.

You leave with

  • Two to four changes live in production
  • A metric wired to each one, visible to the team
  • The before-and-after, written up for your leadership
  • A go / no-go recommendation for a pilot

Pilot & Feedback

One pilot, one owner, one number

One pilot. One owner inside your organisation. One number reviewed every week. We build the feedback loop before the feature, so the pilot cannot quietly become shelfware.

You leave with

  • A pilot serving real users in production
  • A weekly review with the number on the wall
  • The failure modes found, and what they cost
  • An honest recommendation, including 'do not scale this'

04

Ongoing, quarterly

Repeat & Scale

The loop runs without us

We run the cycle again on the next constraint, with your people leading and ours pairing. Each quarter we are in the room less. When the loop runs weekly without us, we are done.

You leave with

  • Your team running assessment and pilots unaided
  • Written playbooks for intake, review and release
  • A quarterly outside read, if you want one
  • A deliberately shrinking invoice
Foundations

Evidence first. Then scale. Never the reverse.

01

Outcome before output

Every engagement starts by naming the number it has to move and how we will know it moved. If we cannot name it, we do not take the work.

02

Evidence before scale

Nothing gets rolled out until a pilot has produced data a sceptic in your own organisation accepts. The sceptic is invited to the review.

03

One system, not one team

We change intake, decision-making and release together. Speed up a single stage in isolation and the queue just moves somewhere less visible.

04

The loop is the product

We design the feedback cadence first and pick the tooling to serve it. A weekly number on a wall has outperformed every platform we have seen bought to replace it.
